JOB DESCRIPTION

Setting up quarterly goals for sales team and devise strategies to achieve 100% of them.
Responsible for maximizing profits and returns through sales by motivating, counseling and developing skills and product knowledge.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Conduct one-on-one performance review to build effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of sales team performance.

Maintain accurate records of all sales, and other activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
Responsible for developing quarterly goals and KPI’s for each individual.

Developing strategies and tactics to maximize sales to generate targeted sales.

Create reports on weekly basis on the progress of the department with areas/specific issues that need to be improved or needs management input/decision.

This position reports to head of department.

Experience in leadership role is a must.

Ability to effectively manage a team of sales and support executives.

Ability to multi-task and meet challenges with creative solutions.
