Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage SEO and Digital Marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
Continually analyze Digital Marketing campaigns and make strategic adjustments where necessary
Resolve customer service issues when possible prior to escalation

Operate as lead point of contact for assigned clients and their markets representatives; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; Field client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Requirements:

Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with clients;
