We are looking for an Insurance associate / Business coordinator for one of our USA based client from the Insurance industry.
The Business Coordinator is responsible for performing a mix of administrative as well as operational duties.
• Receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls to other divisions;
• Calculating premiums for customers as and when demanded;
• Management of applications for insurance policies;
• Solving doubts of customers;
• Working knowledge of Insurance software EZ LYNX or AMS360 is a plus;
• Assisting in the preparation of various administrative reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience with a USA based insurance company is a plus.
• Excellent English language skills because he will be speaking with native English speakers.
• Be able to work in US timings (7 pm to 3:30 am PK time).
• Must be at least Graduate or equivalent qualified.
• Maintain regular attendance in the office to execute job responsibilities.
