We are looking to hire a Recruitment lead to lead a team of Junior International Recruiters.
Role and Responsibilities:
Grooming and mentoring recruiters to get better results.
Build their LinkedIn profiles to make them look better.
Training pathway they must follow and help them learn from the documentation you will create.
Measure and monitor each recruiter how they are performing and seeing if they are not serious then replace them and hire new ones.
Continuously improve the documentation. if the questions they are asking are not in the document the document needs to be enhanced.
Keep positions uploaded on SalesWorld so everyone can see where to pick positions from.
Weekly review tangible performances of your recruiters on what profiles have they submitted 9. Hard numbers like who submitted who in a given week. These may alter from time to time.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Bachelors or Masters Degree in any field
Shift Timings:
8.30 to 5 pm Est5.30 pm to 2.00 am Pakistan time
