We are back office of a US based CPA firm. We are seeking an experienced bookkeeping professional to provide bookkeeping and AR/AP services to our clients of the firm.Duties & Responsibilities include preparation of:
- General Ledger
- Journal Entry preparation and recording
- Financial Statements
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
- AP/AR Management including invoicing and collections
- Inventory Management
Minimum Requirements:
You MUST have the following experience!
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Detailed knowledge of entire accounting process from data entry to producing periodic and year-end financial statements
- Advanced skills in QuickBooks, Sage and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized and professional
- Honesty and Integrity
- Proactive customer service
- Team player that thrives in a small business environment
Helpful Experience, but Will Train:
- Sales tax
- Payroll Tax
- 1099's
This is a Full time position with normal working hours 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Additional hours during tax season may be required
We are looking for someone with a great personality, high efficiency, and an eye for detail.
