Purpose:
To ensure the effective maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems within the facility, manage emergency electrical issues, and support general maintenance tasks, ensuring overall operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot diagnose 3 phase related electrical faults from Wapda & generator. Manage electrical problems troubleshooting within EOC ie. Changing light, electrical connections, wiring, circuit breakers changing etc. Same level support to Security team & their offices (after consulting with the supervisor).
- Be the dedicated point of contact for all electrical enquiries, local vendor finding if required for emergency tasks.
- Other than electrical related tasks he will be acting as an allrounder support.
- Technical daily weekly and monthly inspections synchronized with our existing daily morning evening checklist.
- Reporting to OFM.
- Approval needed from OFM for actions (major issues & parts related replacement ambiguities should be cleared from the head office through OFM.
- Parts replacement (specs approval from head office through OFM.
- Technical assistance to all vendors (physical presence along with the hands on support if required by OFM.
- Work Domain (From Electrical DB to end point including ATS, generator and UPS with vendor for every task.
- No go area (like server room or marked by the IT/OFM), only on request and in presence of facility lead.
- For all IT related works need approval from the OFM & IT officers.
- Informing OFM before leaving city (emergency).
- Must follow health and safety procedures. (wear company shoes, PEEs & etc).
- Assist in all electrical works, repair of small equipment etc.
- Regular inspection & monitoring of all electrical systems installed hardware wise, to ensure they remain in accordance with agreed service level.
- Installation and configuration load management of electricity in EOC
- Repair/procuring/ replacement any small electrical equipment for EOC.
- Track monitor electrical activities i.e. SMD lights, Rope lights & report to OFM, along with allrounder works reporting if facility needs any maintenance activities.
- Perform other related duties and activities as required, & as instructed by the supervisor.
Extra works
- Able to do paint touchups
- Able to do flower trimmings/grass works if needed as per EOC requirements.
- Able to do considerable level of plumbing works/work as a helper.
- Able to do carpenter works (wood works & repair works)
- Able to do replacement of tiles & plaster patch works.
- Acs & HVAC cleaning & servicing.
