  • To find potential new customers and to submit proposals to them, ultimately convert them into clients.
  • To manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
  • To hand over the project to management team successfully, once the terms and conditions are finalized by the clients.
  • Must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
  • Must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Clearly communicates all assignments, conducts appropriate follow-ups
  • Adheres to all writing style guidelines and standards in execution excellence
  • Coordinates and incorporates all final proposal reviews
  • Responsible for end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of the proposal response by the client's deadline

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation, must be a self-starter/motivator
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent writing skills, with a strong ability to summarize data concisely and clearly
  • Atleast 1 year experience is business development in IT field.
  • Its a ten hour shift job from monday to friday with saturday half day.

Job Type: Commission

Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month
