Candidate must have minimum related experience of at least 3 years of working in accounts department with a strong work ethics of maintaining discipline and meeting reporting deadlines. Potential candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Some key responsibilities of the job includes
• Management of Account Receivable / Account Payable and its regular reconciliations.
• Document all financial transactions in the accounting software
• Should have knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and daily cash reports.
• Manage assets, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
• Monthly closings and profit & Loss generation.
• Sales tax experience 3 years
• Handling all matters related to Cash and Checking Accounts.
• Handling Bank deposits/ filing.
• Petty cash checking & reconciliation
• Assist, Coordinate and liaison with the external and internal auditors
• Data entry of invoices and purchase orders
• Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an additional benefit..
