Rohtas Digital is looking for a passionate and motivated individual who can lead our Real Estate social media marketing, content marketing, and creative designing department. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills along with the ability to recruit and manage other team members. You will be expected to play a critical role in creating original content across various social media platforms while coordinating with relevant departments.

The individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be dedicated, hard-working, and able to work under pressure to meet the goals. The candidate is also expected to have job-specific skills.

Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Youtube)
Develop creative and unique content for social media and website (Team Work)
Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
Manage web design and graphic design team
Do competitor’s research and direct the web design team accordingly.
Lead brainstorming and creative sessions
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are aligned
Supervise the department's daily tasks, assign projects, and monitor deadlines.
Manage the creative process from the initial concept to approval
Interact with upper management to update with the campaign strategies and solutions
Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
Remain an active part in the hiring and training of creative staff

Qualifications

Excellent creative writing skills
Good grip of design, copy, and web practices
Exceptional communication skills
In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
Expertise in design software's such as Canva, Illustrator/Photoshop
Extensive experience of working with a Digital Marketing toolkit. (Facebook Ad Manager, Pixel, Google Ads)
Proficient in MS-Office
Creative and strategic thinker
Team player
