Roles and Requirements:

Examine the past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.
Examine service quality and customer satisfaction.
Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and regional sectors.
Generate business questions based on data analysis.
Generate ideas and strategies based on the requirements.
Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programs.
Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes.
Manage customer loyalty programs.
Manage the implementation of new technologies and integration with e-commerce platforms.
Manage the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media campaigns over digital platforms.

Experience: 6+ years (experience in IT industry is preferable)

Development background is necessary

Education: Bachelors and above

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
