- Hands-on experience of hosting and server deployment on cloud platforms like OVH, AWS, GCP, Azure, Hostgator, GoDaddy, etc.
- Knowledge of at least one of IaaC tools, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Teamcity, Ansible, etc. to build architectures based on micro services.
- Knowledge of Linux Virtualization software and container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, KVM, OpenVZ, LXC and other Virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, ESXI and VmWARE.
- Ability to deploy, manage, monitor, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Installation, administration and troubleshooting of all Linux OS including knowledge of basic commands, security management, rights management, package installation, boot sequence, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g. VLANs, Network topologies, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls).
- Considerable knowledge of bash or Python scripting for administration and automation.
