Duties & Responsibilities

To undertake marketing and sale of product range, promote and sell a range of products in order to increase sales.
Visiting/meeting for promotions and sales to potential customers/area's identified by the management.
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Visit project sites and provide technical and onsite support to customers.
Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in term of quality, price and delivery.
Handling the technical queries and complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
Calculating client quotation and client record and developing technical proposals.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
To undertake any other assignment given to you by the management.
