ERP application configuration for all modules come in scope, support, maintenance, software analysis, process design, requirement gathering for system configuration, organization of ERP trainings & customized software trainings, and documentation across Oracle Application

Providing expertise on current business processes and procedures through business process documentation and according to defined methods.
Designing and developing application extensions and customizations to bridge the gap between standard application functionality and business practices.
Effectively liaisoning with key stakeholders to collect business requirement and future expectations.
Participating in Future Process Modeling and Business Process Mapping to ensure that the critical business requirements and expectations of the key stakeholders are met.
Conducting Q/C of the developing software to ensure format compliance and data accuracy.
Providing technical & functional support on improvement of current business processes and procedures as per industry best practices.
