Recruitment:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
External outreach- liaising with recruitment partners that include LinkedIn and Rozee.pk.
Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Prepare and manage employment contracts;

Responsibilities for Accounts:

Preparation of Management Accounts, Audit Accounts (IFRS), and Projects Accounts (Cash and Accrual)
Hands-on Experience on Financial Software ( ERP-SAP)
Preparation and Annual Budget, Cash Forecasts, and Budgets of Projects.
Supervision Tax Compliance, Filing of Returns (income and Sale) withholding statements.
Understanding of WHT tax, tax audit cycles.
Liaison with Tax Authorities, Customers, Vendors, and Business Partners regarding tax matters
Reporting to management regarding financial, operational, and compliance risk.
Assisting higher management in developing strategic policies to address business risks.
Take part in developing and implementing internal controls.
At least 2-3 years experience in general HR administration and management.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups or employees of RIS.

Work Schedule:

Business hours can extend into the evenings to accommodate the needs of the current workload and special projects. Flexibility & commitment is a must.
