· Load balancing to efficiently divide multiple internet connections across the network· Windows Server 2008 based SQL server to facilitate development of new ERP application· Network based OS booting, allowing for USB-less installation of Operating Systems· Provide level 1 and level 2 support to users on a daily basis these include but are not limited to:· Email configuration· Internet browsing issues· IT solutions for different issues regarding OS and Application software.

- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
