Job Description

Maintenace of School IT lab, contacting suppliers and after sales service.

Monitoring the repair and regular maintenance of hardware, including PCs, printers, routers, CCTV and all related items

Overseeing and carrying out all related data entry and generating reports into database system, including school fees, student entries, etc as well as liasing with database creators for any service, maintenance and other additions.
Overseeing and carrying out general maintenance of all maintenance work on school grounds and around it.
Carrying out general edits on Wordpress site as well as maintaining it and overseeing emails.
Preparing and submit reports to management on various matters like Petty Cash, Daily Lunch, Salaries, Fee recoveries, Daily, monthly & yearly expenses, and any other financial reports as required.
Maintenance of hard copes in files for all relevant categories.
Organize collection, recording of student fees, purchase orders, liasing with vendors for quotations and payments as well as liasing with bank for payments, reciepts and salaries.
Keep record of teachers and staff sick/casual leave, absenteesim and attendance.
Ensure availability out of hours for any required maintenance work as well as events, etc
Other duties as related to job role when circumstances arise Skills MS Excel/MS Office Data Entry & Maintenance Preparation of accounts Computer Maintenance HTML & Wordpress.
