Job Brief: A leading gravure printing & packaging Industry in Port Qasim is looking for Office Assistant
Computer Literate
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Education must be FA or Above
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Office record, outdoor work deal parties, recovery of payments.
Attendance record of the employees.
Maintain sale records of Wastage and disposal thereof.
Prepare requisition slips and issue of requisite. .
Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
Compile and update employee records on software (hard & soft copies).
Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system. .
Prepare daily reports of in and out activities regarding gate pass.
Maintain records of Local Purchases.
Run intimation regarding vehicle maintenance and log book
Report of Daily Production
Maintain record of attendant and absentees employee
Candidates Living in the vicinity of port Qasim would be preferred
