Web Designer

We are looking for a creative web designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients' needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. Humanity is looking for a Digital Web Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, digital static and rich banner ads, email templates, and additional graphics (print and digital) required for marketing materials. and you will cooperate with our development team and sales team.

Responsibilities:

Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proven ability to design digital display and banner ads etc..
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign (After Effects, a plus); also, Sketch or similar web design programs; understanding HTML/CSS preferred
Ability to design print materials such as fact sheets and case studies
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
