Technical Lead

LumiMinds is looking for experienced Technical Lead. The ideal candidate must have solid technical background with hands-on experience in software and web development. You can expect to be working on websites, e-commerce stores, custom web apps, bespoke software and mobile app development. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring the team is adopting best-practice approach to their work, writing clean code, utilising the latest technology and completing accurate documentation.

• Review & provide feedback on the code

• Ensuring the product is fully tested and released appropriately

• Managing development team to deliver within timescales and scope

Essential skills and experience

• Ability to develop technology strategy, architecture and roadmaps

• Ability to provide technical system solutions, design direction and recommendations for technical issues

• Experience producing infrastructure designs and implementation plans

• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software/web development

• Experience of managing and developing a development team • Ability to manage workload and priorities in line with business requirements

• Ability to translate what the customer needs/wants into a product

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
