Liaise with other manager and production supervisors to formulate objective and understand requirements.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Daily meeting with production supervisors to monitor production and resolve Issues related to Production.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
Set and meet production goals.
Maximize the production process to lower costs.
Correct and resolve problems on production line.
Change production levels and staffing on different product lines to minimize inventory levels.
Coordinates the production of goods, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on production line.
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for all sections.
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and follow up.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
Meeting with higher management to resolve problems related to Production and discuss suggestions for future developments/strategies of factory.
