Job Responsibilities

Conduct competition research and analyze competitors’ market policies, understand the pain points of customers, and assist in product optimization
Analyze and formulate the overall sales operation policy and KPIs for team members based on the company's business objectives and competitors' policies;
Provide statements and reports on sales operation report together with analysis, lead the operation team to implement operation plans with high quality and efficiency;
Liaise between the Global local team to form Standard Operation Procedures and regulations, and continuously improve sales operation efficiency and performance
