GENERAL

A customer service representative interacts with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries. In addition, deal with and help resolve any customer complaints. 

CSR has primary responsibility for ensuring that customer needs are met and is responsible to convey to the customer a sense of expertise in services and professional capabilities

TASKS

1.    Greet customers warmly and ascertain purpose of their visit to Premium Diagnostics.

2.    To handle cash and register tests.

3.    Attempt to resolve the problems by proposing solutions to the customer inquiries.

4.    CSR must make sure that the complaints are valid and must do whatever they can within bounds of their authority to make sure the customer is satisfied.

5.    To provide information about the services including rates and tests that Premium Diagnostics is offering.

6.    Receives processes and verifies the accuracy of appointments from customers utilizing Premium Diagnostics IT and communication systems.

7.    Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for appointment changes, including the maintenance of customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.

8.    Provides expertise as a member of the customer service team to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.

9.    Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc

10. Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.

11.  Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution

12. Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.

13.  Review estimates and invoices for accuracy

14. To provide information regarding charges. (rates of each test)

15. To guide customers to the concerned departments.

16. To receive all incoming mail and handover to the doorstep to the concerned person.

17. Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
