To ensure availability of IT services within PD on 24/7 basis.
To execute all activities regarding database administration including its security.
To manage the server for its optimum utilization and reliability on 24/7 basis.
To mange web page of PD and keep it updated.
To take back up of all data on daily basis.
To ensure functioning of all IT equipments and allied facilities on 24/7 basis.
To maintain and manage Biometric equipment and QMATIC Machine
To ensure availability of all communication services including telephone, TV, Cable and internet facility to all concerned.
To execute any IT related task assigned by the management.
To ensure availability of SMS/lab report facility to the customer through internet on 24/7 basis.
To perform all IT related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
To check website on regular basis.
To ensure availability of IT services at all collection point.
To manage the cameras with in PD and at all collection points.
Day to day assistance to users on IT related issues.
Troubleshooting in terms of Networking, Hardware and Software.
Service and maintenance of IT related equipments.
Verification of bills related to IT.
Installation of Operating Systems/different software.
IT setup for high profile meetings/events, workshops and seminars.
Procurement of IT equipment and take precautions for the safety from power interruptions.
Continuous monitoring maintenance of Exchange server, Main server and domain.
Implements, maintains and configures all standard organization software.
Should be able to run queries designed by the main office from time to time for reporting purpose.
Maintain inventory of the all IT related equipments installed at the premises.
To check daily comments on Premium Diagnostics website from customers and inform suggestions/complaints to Director accordingly.
Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
