To ensure proper functioning of Tea bar (kitchen) as per SOP’s.

To deliver beverages to the guests and staff,

To deliver files, papers and receive parcels from reception to distribute to the concerned office/ personal with in PD.

To coordinate with the janitorial staff for disposal of trash, waste and other disposable materials.

To ensure cleanliness and place in order office tables and work stations.

To deal with queries of all employees regarding tea break, lunch and dinner etc.

To coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

To assist other administrative staff in office duties when asked for.

To ensure all time availability of water in Premium Diagnostics by operating the water motor.

Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
