Job Responsibilities will be:

Providing recruitment support to Key clients
Post jobs on ROZEE.PK and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
Search CVs from ROZEE.PK database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
Attending customer queries and helping them.
Accompany senior team members on client meetings and trainings on ROZEE.PK online recruitment tools.
Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use ROZEE.PK as their primary recruitment platform.
Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management.
Must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office tools
Can Handle workload and work pressure
