To oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision.
You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

The goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform the competition.
Who will Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and rearguing networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance.
Ensure successful campaigns managing to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s.
Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
To identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels.
Plan digital media strategy by translating company business and marketing goals to the digital media space in order to maximize lead generation.
He has to oversee the marketing lifecycle of a product or service, from research and development to sales

Responsibilities:

Set marketing goals and objectives.
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, BTL, etc.)
“Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands
Selection of outsourcing vendors for different marketing activities and overseeing their deliverables
Develop the departmental structure and hierarchy for the marketing department.
Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors related to marketing and promotions.
Identification of new opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Responsibility work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the sales and marketing of the service
Develop, implement and adhere to communications budget.
In partnership with Analytics, utilize analysis of digital media data to maximize results, all in accordance with the, KPIs, and other key metrics
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarket campaigns.
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
