We are looking for "Manager Recruitment & Projects" at Rozee. The individual will be responsible to provide efficient support to clients in order to fulfill their position needs as well as to headhunt the resources keeping in consideration job requirement.

Key Accountabilities:

To lead Banking/ Financial projects, as well as to address client concerns on Ad-Hoc basis.
To Liaison with clients to define/ modify the requirements for vacant positions.
To provide project support to clients in a range of initiatives, monitoring progress and evaluate impact.
To keep record of hired candidates against posted positions.
Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media to attract the talented pool.
Using Boolean and other search options to seek out the qualified candidates.
To contact the industry professionals for referrals.
Prepare & monitor candidate summary reports for managerial representation.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Banking Industry/Financial Institution.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Preferably Lahore. Candidates from Karachi & Islamabad can also apply.
