Marketing Intern

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

Assist with daily administrative duties.
Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files.
Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails.
Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
