Develop and manage LPG sales and responsible target revenue and bottom-line. Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships.

  • Responsible for implementing the Sales and Marketing Strategy of the company and to promote SSGC-LPG brand as the leading LPG Company in respective area.
  • To expand distribution network and to develop market in cylinder and bulk business& HD.
  • Management& reporting of the daily routine work.
  • Business development of SSGC-LPG in assigned region, to take ownership and achieve the targets which include volumes, marketshare, distribution network, Bulk Business& B2B.
  • Continuous efforts with existing customers to increase sales and to retain them.
  • Co-ordination with distributors, plant supervisor, operations and finance department to manage the sales in  Region from own plant and  other hospitality plants efficiently and effectively on daily basis.
  • To manage the channel structure / distribution network.
  • Identification of Product Development needs. Assisting and suggesting for the development of Pricing, product availability at plants and other strategies for the region.
  • Daily sales punching for monitoring and keeping the track of performance of each distributor.
  • Plant visit at least once in a month.
  • Extensive travelling to visit distributor outlets for motivating them and for prospecting potential leads in pack and bulk segments as per agreed plan.
  • To ensure awareness of and compliance with SSGC-LPG’s safety standards and requirements at the outlets and premises of the distributors.
  • Liaison with the LPG distributors of other various companies to have up to date market information and to keep them for future expansion of network.
  • Correspondence with HO & RO for seeking advice and directives regarding plans and strategies as per the company business plan.
  • To get information from market and other companies regarding the competitor’s activities, network, Sales volume, Price structures, and Distribution channels.
  • Order taking on daily basis from distributors keeping in view the monthly sales chart.
  • Convey changes in prices to distributors in time.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting the progress of the implementation of the Overall Plan.
  • Record keeping and report writing.
  • Handling of complaints and queries of distributors.
  • Give suggestions and feedback of the market to management on phone on daily basis.
  • To follow  instructions of miscellaneous activities from HO.
