We are seeking a forward thinking hands-on Software Development Manager to lead and manage our team.

As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers on different project and technologies including full stack development and continued maintenance of our web-based applications and the infrastructure that supports them. You will be planning and designing the architecture of our cloud-based systems that can scale into the future.

Responsibilities:

Leading and/or executing development and infrastructure projects both large and small
Manage technical staff through planning, organizing, training, directing, motivating, evaluating, and motivating. Performing all sufficient duties necessary for the ongoing support of the team’s activities including Concept design, UI/UX Designing and product development, progress and time reporting, and other administrative functions as needed.
Analysis and selection of existing and emerging technologies for integration into our architecture Create project specifications and reliable estimates working closely with company stakeholders
Tracking and reporting progress on projects, task management, and team development
Implementing and supporting 3rd party tools and infrastructure used across the company
Creating and maintaining documentation in code and APIs
Provide technical guidance and training to team
Guides the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve business objectives
Participates in Sprint planning, reviews, retrospective, and other SCRUM meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Experience in Leading Mobile Apps Development Projects independently (Android / IOS)
