Compare and evaluate offers from vendors
Liaise and build a strong rapport with vendors
Negotiate the best possible pricing and coordinate delivery times Enter accurate purchase order details
Expedite and follow-up with vendors for on-time delivery to support trading operations
Monitor stock levels and qualify products for replenishment as needed
Maintain up to date invoices and delivery information
Coordinate with warehouse team for order delivery
Highlight order discrepancies and resolve them with vendors
Identify avenues for process optimization to the purchasing flow to enhance work efficiency
Perform other duties as delegated by the line manager
Achieve Procurement, Receiving & Live Inventory Targets.
Responsible for vendor relationship management to leverage favorable pricing/terms Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institute
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Well organized with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with a positive attitude
