Manage the hiring of Field, Head Office Support Staff in consultation with Head of Department.
Managing job posting on different online platforms
Conducting the initial screening and making competent candidates’ pool for the selection process
Arranging and conducting interviews in coordination with concerned department and admin department.
Coordinating with Sales Managers/ Branch Managers for timely completion of new joiners’ documentation
Preparation and issuance of Offer letters/Appointment letters for employees in consultation with the Head of Department
Conduct an orientation program of new employees
Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of Recruitment policies & procedure
