Overview:

An Australian based education institute requires services of a financial accountant with exceptional English communication skills. The incumbent shall be based in Lahore and report to the onsite Financial Controller in Australia.

The role would cover following major functions:

Accrual and period end adjustments.
Approve journal entries as per finance policy.
Approve allocations.
Accounts’ reconciliation.
Prepare Trial Balance.
Prepare management accounts and period end reports.
Manage Fixed Asset Register including asset adjustments, enhancement, revaluations and transfers.
Prepare consolidated financial reports.
Oversee AP and AR in line with company SOPs.

The candidate MUST possess the following:

Finance/accounts graduates from reputed institutions or ACA/ACCA’s
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with on-site team in Australia. IELTS score of 7+ shall be preferred.
Advance Ms Excel skills.
Thorough understanding of basic to advanced accounting concepts and ability to take-up operations with minimum training.
