We are looking for Call agents for online herbal products store.
Requirements:
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be target oriented, hard working and punctual.
- Able to work in night shift.
- Applicant shoud preferably have previous Telesales experience in a Pakistan.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Must not be enrolled in any educational program.
- Must be able to work alone
- Fluent Urdu Speaker
Duties:
- Call Receiving
- Order taking
- Order Booking
- Packing the products
- Dispatch Products to TCS pick up person.
- Follow UP the customers for collection of parcels
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and provide sales feedback for better advertising response
