Executive Assistant

Must be efficient and able to communicate with multipe stake holders, Can manage phone calls from factories and outside suppliers. Excellent in MS Office, good command on drafting typing and follow-ups. Must be familiar with routine work of Executive Office. Fluency in English/Urdu both in writing and speaking. Must be Graduate, experience in shorthand would be considered as additional qualification. Minimum 5 years experience with a reputed Company.
