Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for a highly experienced “Manager Customer Support”. Candidate should possess strong analytical & problem solving skills.

One should have a good experience of using CRM portal and other related dashboards & software.
He should have leadership skills to efficiently manage his team and seek to improve all aspects of customer experience with the company.
Good Communication Skills (written & verbal) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting customer service standards & assess that customer's inquiries are being answered on time by the team.
Ensures professionalism of CRO’s and compliance of operational standards.
Accountable to effectively run the team of customer representative officers (CRO's) & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Train & monitor the performance of CRO's.
Make sure the team's prompt response to client on company's live chat, calls, & on soial media.
Managing incoming calls & client's inquiries on live chat & on social media along with the team.
Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying the information.
Maintain the record of client's queries
Update top management about the flow of client's queries in the form of reports
Ability to multitask, priortize & manage time effectively
