Administration Manager required from Hospitality Industry for Colabs Pvt Ltd (Pakistan’s Biggest Co-working Space, Opening doors in November-2018) who can deliver quality in building facilities such as repair and maintenance, waste management, and security services, He will be responsible for:

Ensuring entire premise of COLABS is kept clean, hygienic and tidy
Maintenance and repair of all building facilities are keeping regular schedule (hvac, generator, lift machine,)
Directly responsible for the admin officer and ensuring quality deliverance of building facilities such as repair and maintenance, waste management, and overall cleanliness
Directly responsible for Janitorial staff, valet services, security services.
Managing parking requirement inside and outside facility
Maintenance of building equipment on a monthly basis.
In charge of the building security and safety
Ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations
Implementing security and access management system.
Ensuring all support staff are dressed accordingly and have proper hygiene.
