Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the calls flow
Design and implement a strategic process of inquiries/ leads that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence between competitors.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new co-working spaces and competition status.
Responsible for coordinating all members’ sign-up tasks.
Responsible for generating new leads and increasing occupancy of the office space
Developing sales strategy and populating the leads list.
Executing the leads list and setting up first meeting with potential clients.
Generating, populating and contacting potential clients on the leads list.
Client meetings at Colabs office along with follow-up emails and sending the digital copy of the brochure.
Responsible for ensuring that marketing collateral (Sales Pack) is up to date and has been forwarded to clients.
Coordinating and liaison between Technical department and client.
Coordination with Accounts & Finance department for tenant’s payment matters.
Other Tasks assigned by management.
