Provide administrative duties for G.M Plant and QA Manager.
To collect desired informations from designated personnel/departments for preparing reports.
To communicate on behalf of supervisors.
To assist QA manager and GM Plant & Operations in preparation of meetings and other routine activities
To manage guests, Government officials, etc. in boarding & lodging.
Review calendars on a daily basis, resolving calendar conflicts and assisting by prioritizing meeting schedules based on department deliverables.
To Coordinate travel schedule (domestic and international), prepare expense reports accurately and promptly. Ensuring compliance with the existing policies
Liaise with internal and external parties, national and international to arrange individual and group meetings.
Produced and creates documents, presentations, spreadsheets, data compilation and analyses using computer applications.
To work in collaboration administrative teams.
