- We requires the services of Sales and marketing staff for our new project at Bahria Town, Islamabad for a real state residential project.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets and manage daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
- Formulate, organize, and develop marketing activities by conducting market research and identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
- Maintain relationships with important clients and agents by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
