MFS Application Portals, Charging & Billing Server)
· Pro-active monitoring of service performance and applying appropriate
measures to guarantee high service availabilities.
· Performing UAT tests on the system before going to production.
· Understanding and analyzing customer problems and proving an appropriate support.
· Providing guaranteed response according to the agreed SLAs.
· Root cause analysis of all problems and proposing long term solutions.
· Automating all the routines of the system to maintain high availability of MFS services.
