We Safe Solutions Consultant is looking to hire Trainee Architect to join our team in Islamabad.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in architecture, civil engineering construction, or relevant fields

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding the scope and scale of the project.
Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
Identifies and drives continuous improvement in supplier relationship management and category management.
Oversees contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction, involved in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Prepares periodic reports including monitoring of metrics for management review.
Support other procurement activities as directed by management
Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients.
Read, interpret and explain complex technical documents
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Conduct research on the technical elements/tools of construction.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new digital design tools.
Work with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines and process milestones.

This job also involves the following aspects -

Ability to get quickly trained on new software and client standards.
Able to communicate in written and spoken English
Display positive attitudes like flexibility, collaborative nature, and empathy.
Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office
Autodesk Revit
Autodesk Cad
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well collaboratively and independently

Qualifications:

Diploma, Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited program in Architecture.

Office Timing 12 pm – 9 pm PST (Monday – Saturday)
