Air Ticketing / Reservation Officer

Air Ticketing / Reservation Officer must be a dedicated and experienced personnel who fits the following criteria (a minimum)

General

· Honest and Well Mannered

· Excellent Working Ethics

· Great Customer Service

· Well planned and organised

· Self-Starter

Technical

· Hands-on Experience of GDS Systems including Galileo, Sabre and Abacus etc.

· Flight and Hotel Booking

· Fare calculation and preparing quotes

· Ticket Preparation and amendments

· Travel Certifications esp. IATA UFTAA will be preferred

· Excellent understanding of day to day running of Travel Business
