eCommerce Specialist

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Manage day to day operations

2. Customer database handling and filing

3. Addressing Customer complaints

4. Compiling sales data

5. Sales order confirmation and picking.

6. Sales order dispatching.

7. Managing courier company contracts.

8. Managing, aligning, organizing shippers and consignees.

9. Contacting customer and attaining feedbacks.

10. Working on analytics and come up with new ideas to improve business.

11. Maintaining professional environment.

12. Products updating on shopify and other social platforms.

13. Price updating and monitoring.

14. Stock takes compliance and reporting

Requirement

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical and multitasking skills.
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
