  • Manage, control and develop the overall Sales strategy/activities in the country in accordance with the business strategy and the regional Sales strategy to increase market share.
  • Ensure achievement of country Sales Index.
  • Improve Sales performance through process and performance measurement.
  • Act as a coach for the Sales organization.
  • Provides Marketing & Sales advice/information to management team to facilitate business performance review and evaluation
  • Maintain good relationship with regional working partners to explore more push and pull busines.
  • Key skills and experience in this role will include:
  • Deep knowledge of forwarding business and understanding of Product offering.
  • Proven success in a senior Sales role, with specific experience in selling to major global customers or Local customers.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills and proven ability to steer marketing strategies and plans towards revenue generation.
  • High level commercial & decision-making skills. Proven experience in strategic thinking and drawing up strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Creative and innovative approach to sales and marketing activities.
  • However, most of all, we require someone who is hungry and has an entrepreneurial flair to develop a business towards a new direction and achieve growth by having a vision of the future evolution in demand patterns within the Logistics/ Courier Industry.
