Main Purpose of the Job:
This position is responsible for strategic sales planning, business development and commercial success of B2B and B2G segments. Development of profitable new business opportunities, driving business growth and market share, developing strategic partnerships and key account management.
Functional Responsibilities of the Job:
· Develop sales strategy and execution plan for target segments.
· Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
· Develop and implement sales SOPs and manage sales operations effectively.
· Identify growth opportunities and ensure strong execution to turn them into revenue.
· Prepare proposals, tenders and bids for submission and give business presentations to potential clients.
· Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting sales, preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; monitoring and initiating corrective actions.
· Evaluate market trends and conduct market intelligence; identify trends that affect current and future growth.
· Analyze market, technologies and customers, to identify and develop areas of high growth within the assigned segments.
· Develop engagement strategies along with execution models to aggressively tap these potential businesses. Generate sales leads for the segments assigned, build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and achieve sales.
· Manage key accounts to maintain successful relationships.
