Designation Assistant Marketing Manager
Reporting to Director marketing
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of brand through various activities.
1- Establish strategic plan for brand positioning
2- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models
3- Oversee the Social media and digital marketing .
4- oversee the all matters related to shoots
5- oversee the Printing ads and coordination with the printing agencies
6- Supervision to online sales operation and establishing strategies to improve it.
7- Preparation of marketing budget and sales forecastings
8- Reporting to marketing director related to current matters
Duties
· Monitoring and analyzing market trends and recommends changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
· Oversee the ATL and BTL activities
· Studying competitors' products and services
· Gather and analyze customer insight
· Hiring of the marketing staff ,training and development with the coordination of HR manager
· Get better the social media marketing on face book, twitter, whatsapp ,Instagram, LinkedIn, website and bloggers etc.
· Coordination with models and proper arrangement of shoots
· Coordination with printing agencies ,approvals and finalization.
· Suggestion to online sales officer to improve the sales activities and services
Tasks
· Study the latest marketing trend by different resources like internet, news, different literature related to marketing
· Discussion all related information with marketing director and developed the new strategy
· create marketing presentations
· Expand and develop marketing platform
· monitor industry best practices
· preparation of job description related to Marketing staff, conducting panel interview and decision making of selection candidate with the coordination of HR Manager
· Conduct required training of new Marketing employees
· Monitor the performance of staff and make more effective with the coordination of higher management
· Keep posted the Face book page, twitter, whatsapp ,Instagram, LinkedIn, website and write blog.
· website and make necessary changes with the coordination of Marketing director
· coordination with models, the proper arrangement of shoots and reporting details to marketing director
· Coordination with printing agencies, proper checking the quality of printing related to Catalog and packaging materials.
· Taking approval of New samples related to catalog and packaging material
· Supervise to online sale officer and gave suggestions to conduct the effective and efficient online sales operation.
