Job Description

Designation: HR/admin Executive

Immediate Reporting Level: Manager/ Director

Responsible of all HR/Administrative function

Looking to HR function containing job Analyzing, JD drafting, Recruitment, screaming, initial interviewing, , Orientation, Training and development and employees’ record keeping
Look after all the attendance matters of employees
Responsible to preparation employee monthly and weekly salary
Look after the performance analysation process of employees ,
Development polices, rules and regulation then implementation
Maintenance and fueling of company vehicle and record keeping
Latter drafting related to all concerned matters of administration (vehicles authority letters, transferred letter, delivery letter, vehicles booking, complain letter ( KE, Telephone, Sewerage etc)..
Housekeeping, maintenance and renovation work of factory and office premises.
Look after gate pass matters and record keeping
