Responsibilities
- Ensured planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to meet both strategic and operational requirements.
- Finalizing monthly, and quarterly financial information of the company to be presented to the management of the company.
- Coordinating between marketing and the company is finalizing the costing for new projects introduced in the market.
- Dealing with the tax consultants and auditors of the Company.
- Financial audit and advisory services as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), Local Statutory Regulations, and Tax Laws Real Estate & Construction.
- Analysed financial policies & procedures (SOPs), business plans, and KPIs to initiate requisite modifications in budgets and other financial controls in liaison with Business Units managers.
- Monitored status of contract work-in-progress, contract and trade receivables including variations, claims, retentions; advances, prepayment, and other receivables for timely collection and follow-up.
Education: CA
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
