Job Description:

• Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights

• Translate brand strategies into brand plans

• Strategize and prepare brand growth plans in sync with sales and other marketing plans

• Lead creative development of brand touchpoints

• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

• Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

• Works closely with the Digital team,

• Functional working relationships with all other staff

• Build strong relationships with vendors

• Assist with the maintenance and updating of media and editorial content

• Prepare and share regular reports regarding each branding action

• Work collaboratively with relevant marketing staff in development, planning, budgeting and monitoring marketing campaigns

• Responsible for liaising with agencies, media buyers, creative production companies and other suppliers as required

• Event management

• Providing administrative support for the Brand team as and when required

• Undertake other projects as directed by the Brand Manager from time-to-time in consultation with the employee

• Works in an efficient, small team environment and assists in all tasks including mail outs, answering incoming phone calls and general administration as required

• Strong demonstrable writing, researching and computer skills

• An ability to work under pressure and to a deadline

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and to priorities competing commitments

• Uses a range of appropriate communication tools and methods to communicate effectively

• Can write in a style that is grammatically correct, well organized and easily understood

• Communicates technical information and/or complex information in an easy to understand manner

• Provides clients with the appropriate levels of information in a timely fashion

• Plans work effectively in order to meet deadlines set by projects/managers or clients

• Keeps manager informed of plans and actions

• Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects at one time without compromising work quality

• Manage social media handles of company `Salon Designers’ & its associate brands such as Facebook and Instagram

• Keep the online social touchpoints live, smooth and interactive 

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking and audience identification

• Submit one week plan of online activities beforehand  

• Work on online campaign in sync with offline campaigns to generate integrated effect

• Proactive in designing campaigns and generating sharable online content

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action on social networking sites

• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

• Help management in planning, developing and implementing PR strategies

• Liaising with, and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email

• researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media when required

• Working on the assigned projects related to Social Media and PR

We are in salon related business since 1994 and felt a great demand for professional approach in this sector so that the salon in Pakistan could be of international standards. This idea later evolved into a concept of providing all the needs of a salon under one roof with more emphasis on designing the salons, encompassing all kinds of equipments, accessories and cosmetics. We had strong ties with the salons in the region which includes more than 28 cities including Rawalpindi, Lahore and Islamabad. The experience came from working as distributors of Keune Hair cosmetics (Holland) since 1994 and later for Stage Line Makeup (Spain) and Eveline Skin Care(Poland).
